The Role:

We’re looking for a mobile growth marketer with an analytical mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving skills to build a sustainable growth engine for our apps, Elevate and Balance. Our ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn and to adapt, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and understands the nuances of mobile marketing post-IDFA deprecation. 
 
The growth team at Elevate is a lean, agile, and high-impact team driving ambitious company growth goals this year. Over the past year, we’ve successfully navigated through IDFA deprecation, completely overhauled our creative process, and rapidly expanded to new growth channels. 
 
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing advertising campaigns across various ad networks, managing agency relationships, and liaising with internal teams with autonomy and significant ownership.
 
This is a fully remote position anywhere in North America.

 

How You'll Make an Impact Here:

  • You’ll lead paid ads strategy and execution for one of our mental fitness apps, including campaign management, creative strategy, and result measurement. 
  • You’ll manage user acquisition campaigns across ad networks including Facebook, Google, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and other UA channels.
  • You’ll analyze and report on campaign performance, growth KPIs, market trends, ad creative, and copy testing results.
  • You’ll liaise with our media buying agency, various vendors to communicate goals, follow up on executions and share feedback. 
  • You’ll actively and creatively search for opportunities to achieve higher efficiency while unlocking scale. 
  • You’ll follow mobile advertising trends, understand and communicate growth analytics & creatives needs to cross-functional teams. 
 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in user acquisition, media buying, or performance marketing role with a strong record of measurable results
  • 2+ years of mobile app marketing experiences, or have a thorough understanding of mobile app marketing nuances
  • Experience working with mobile measurement partners (i.e. Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular)
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and digital marketing KPIs
  • Experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, or other networks
  • Ability to break down unfamiliar, possibly daunting problems into manageable bits and deliver solutions
  • Experience leading paid ads creative strategy and working with designers
  • Passion for data analysis and ability to make data-driven decisions  
  • Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills

  • Experience with alternative growth channels such as influencer/affiliate marketing
  • Familiarity with the economics of subscription apps
