As founding Community & Growth Manager you'll have the opportunity to:

• Build and own a fundamental part of the company, our community of creators.
• You’ll be tasked with building out our funnel of the world’s best creators.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with creator partnerships and product teams to make this happen.
• Work with our founders to define our growth strategy.
• Help develop our flywheels across creator and superfan referrals, including targeted outreach.
• Take a data-driven approach to assess how our social profiles and community channels are performing against targets.
• Work with our suppliers to create content to drive creator sign-ups.
• Constantly review and improve all aspects of processes to move the company forward at speed.
  
  
  

👩‍🚀 About you

Key qualities that will help you thrive at Superjoi:

• Years of experience in a growth role at high-growth startups
• Must have a strong background in building communities from scratch.
• Ideally, you have experience building communities in the Web3, NFT, or Crypto space.
• You’re a self-starter and can drive and deliver new initiatives to meet key milestones.
• Care deeply about creators and want to build something meaningful that positively impacts the lives of millions of creatives, big and small.
• A keen passion for creators and a deep understanding of their needs and problems.
• Perhaps you’re a creator yourself or working in a community growth management role at one of the big platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
• You’re super at spotting trends that are rapidly developing in the creator economy, and action strategies to move quickly and capitalize early.
• Extensive experience with referral systems, conversion funnels, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• strong experience designing and executing complex processes with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving space with tight deadlines.
• Lastly... Strong, yet funky written & verbal communication skills, aka you’re also a MEME LORD.
