You’ll work with high potential and top tier creators to grow their courses. This includes world-class creators like Pomp, Sam Parr, Lenny Rachitsy, Sahil Bloom, Greg Isenberg, and more. You’ll set the strategy and drive marketing for our top instructors, launching and scaling their course businesses on Maven. You’ll build trusting relationships across teams, and you’ll be responsible for the exponential growth of our key instructors. Your eye for detail will shine through in the quality of content you put out, and your focus on analytics will determine the pace at which we replicate and scale marketing efforts.
This role will start as a “team of one”. As you systemize Maven’s approach to course marketing and demonstrate consistent results, you’ll potentially grow a team of growth marketers to help more instructors.
This role will report to the GM of Partnerships.
Note: This role is not focused on paid marketing, at least not at first. You’ll work with creators and instructors with an audience, so you’ll market to their existing audience and improve their funnel.

We’re open to talented folks new in their career, and love more experienced people who like doing the scrappy hands-on work before building a team. The role above will start as an individual contributor. Since you’ll start as a one-person show, you should be excited to roll up your sleeves to execute.
